A new investment in East Sacramento
Redevelopment of the former Rite Aid site
Alhambra Station
The former Rite Aid building at Alhambra and L Street has been vacant for several years, and the national drugstore model that supported it is no longer viable. The property owner is proposing to transform this location into a quiet, clean, climate-controlled storage facility with improved ground-floor design, expanded landscaping, and a safer pedestrian environment along the corridor.
This project aims to reduce impacts, improve the look and feel of the corridor, and support nearby medical campuses with modern storage space that frees up room for patient-focused services on their properties.
